8' x 40' HC container converted into a 25' office featuring a private bathroom, plus an additional bathroom accessible through a separate exterior door. Ideal for use as a temporary office or as an office addition to a warehouse or shop.

Mini-split HVAC unit sold separately.

Includes a 125-amp subpanel and a demarc box for internet. The office area is pre-wired with Cat 5 and electrical outlets at four locations. Interior includes wood framing with insulated walls and ceiling. Container is in good condition with no water leaks and only minor cosmetic wear and rust.

Water and sewer connections are located underneath the unit. Comes with the blocks shown in the photo for elevating the container, as well as one set of stairs. Sewer can be connected to a sewer line, septic system, or holding tank.

The container can be installed on a level hard surface (concrete or asphalt) or directly on the ground if water and sewer connections are run underground.
