Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid California Driver's License
Current BSIS Guard Card
Current BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
Current BSIS Baton Permit
Current BSIS Pepper Spray Permit
Must own a duty firearm chambered in .40, or 9mm
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to reliably commute to El Centro, CA
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
* Monitor facilities and identify potential security risks or safety concerns.
* Enforce client policies, site regulations, and company procedures.
* Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
* Complete detailed, accurate, and timely incident and activity reports.
* Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when necessary.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
* Follow all post orders and supervisor instructions.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Availability to work **day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holiday shifts**
