Im looking for 2 long term roomies.
I have 2 vacant rooms in my 3-bedroom /1 loft home. I’m a 32-year-old female, retired law enforcement officer and I’m usually not home much.
The two tenants will share a dual-vanity bathroom with a separate enclosed toilet area. And have access to the entire house including loft area with smart tv, and backyard bbq area. Washer and dryer included. Safe neighborhood, lots of street parking.

Unfortunately no pets, as there is already a house dog named Zoey.
Must be LGBT-friendly 🌈
Qualifications:
• Female only
• Ages 24–38 preferred
• Must earn at least 2x the monthly rent
• Background check required
• Must be clean, respectful, and organized
House Rules:
• No overnight guests
• No guests upstairs (private area)
• No parties
