Need help in your home, the gym or in your kitchen...
don't know what to do when you arrive at the gym, are you tire of asking others for help or tire of looking around to see what others are doing, are you a shy person and don't like others to see you working out....You think your eating habits are doing any good,need a diet, you think u are eating right and loosing waight by not eating in the morning or by eating two meals during the day, do you ask your self why am i not loosing weight or why am i getting does headaches...you don't know what to eat or how to eat, you need someone to help you whit a routine for the gym or "in doors workout:"., feel free to contact me i can help you and even go to you, any time...
